Veteran real estate operations leader will oversee the firm’s property and facilities management division, a total portfolio of over four million square feet

 

DENVER, CO — August 12, 2019 — Energy Real Estate Solutions (ERES), a full-service real estate firm providing brokerage, development, property management, construction management, investment and consulting services to North and South American energy markets, announced today that veteran real estate operations executive Tim Hartwig has joined the company as Vice President of Property Management. In this role he oversees company-wide property and facilities management services across all offices and the full property portfolio, which currently totals over 4,000 units and four million square feet.

Hartwig has over 20 years of diverse experience in real estate operations, asset management, investment and development. Prior to ERES, he spent ten years as the National Director of Asset Management for University Communities (UCOMM), where he led efforts in operations, asset and risk management, development, construction, due diligence, and financing and investment.  Before that, Hartwig held leadership roles at AIMCO and Archstone-Smith.

In addition to full portfolio property oversight and leading strong relationships with our clients, Hartwig will also help develop and grow our team of supporting professionals.
