DENVER, CO — October 23, 2019 — Energy Real Estate Solutions (ERES), a full-service commercial real estate firm providing brokerage, project management, development, investment, property management, construction, and consulting services to North and South American energy and opportunistic markets, announced today it has received a Denver Business Journal (DBJ) Fast 50 Award which recognizes the fastest-growing companies in the Denver-metro region. Named second in its category, ERES was included on the coveted list due to the firm’s incredible 262% year-over-year revenue growth .

To be considered for the Fast 50 companies must meet the following criteria: be privately held, locally owned and for-profit; be headquartered in the seven-county Denver-metro region; have a three-year sales history with revenue gains from 2016-2018;  and must average at least $1 million in sales for the three most recent years. The nominated companies are broken into five award categories based on annual revenue, x-small (less than $5 million), small ($5 – $12.4 million), medium ($12.5 – $26.9 million), large ($27 – $93.5 million), and x-large (over $93.5 million).
